Une phrase, pourtant très simple, est restée avec moi longtemps après la fin de son intervention : "Nobody cares about what you know until they know that you care."

Vision Starts With Seeing People First

Vision Starts With Seeing People First       By : Karima Guerfali Lazzem - Best Training Academy  Today, I listened to a TEDx talk by Sharon Price John. One sentence — simple, almost understated — stayed with me long after her talk ended: "Nobody cares about what you know until they know that you care." No one is truly interested in what you know until they understand that you are sincerely interested in them. This sentence reaches far beyond the world of management. It touches something profoundly human. We spend so much time wanting to convince. We prepare presentations, strategies, action plans, dashboards. We refine our arguments, hoping their logic alone will be enough to bring people on board. And yet, teams don't follow a brilliant idea. They follow an intention they can feel. When colleagues understand that their leader is first seeking to listen — to understand their concerns, their aspirations, their worries, their motivations — somethi...

The Space Where My Thinking Expands

The Space Where My Thinking Expands   Par Karima Guerfali Lazzem - Best Training Academy  There is something almost intimate in this habit that has quietly settled into my daily life. Before, when I walked out of a conference, a reading session, or a training — I would feel that familiar urgency: write, capture, freeze the ideas before they slipped away. Today, I do the opposite. I let the words come… but out loud. I speak. I speak the way one confides, the way one searches, the way one feels around in a room still dark. I speak about what moved me, what unsettled me, what cracked something open. The ideas don't arrive in a straight line — they cross, they sometimes contradict each other, they answer one another; one thought calls up another, then a third appears, unexpected. I circle back, I nuance, I doubt, I rephrase. And in that slightly disordered, almost fragile movement, something begins to take shape: my thinking clears. It becomes brighter, more alive. And...

Human-Centric Leadership in the Age of AI: Rebuilding Trust, Meaning, and Connection at Work

Human-Centric Leadership in the Age of AI: Rebuilding Trust, Meaning, and Connection at Work   By Karima GUERFALI LAZZEM - Best Training Academy-BTA  As organizations accelerate their adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and digital transformation, many leaders are facing an unexpected paradox: while technology is improving efficiency, many employees are feeling more disconnected, overwhelmed, and uncertain than ever before. The future of work is no longer only a technological challenge. It is becoming a deeply human one. Across industries, organizations are investing heavily in AI tools, hybrid infrastructures, and data-driven systems. Yet at the same time, they are witnessing rising emotional fatigue, declining engagement, trust erosion, and a growing sense of invisibility among employees. According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace report, employee engagement remains critically low globally while stress levels contin...
